Can I take my agent off Squidgy if I want to?+
Your knowledge base and customer data are yours and exportable on demand at any time. The agent's underlying skill structure (YAML configs, system prompts, workflows) is Squidgy's proprietary platform IP and stays with Squidgy — that's the engine we keep building and improving for you. Your data isn't locked in; the engine is.
